The 36TPD crescent-shaped toilet paper machine utilizes a mature crescent-shaped formper paired with a hydraulic all-stainless steel headbox and a built-in turbulence generator. This ensures uniform pulp dispersion across the entire width of the paper, eliminating issues like pulp clinging and fiber flocculation. The resulting toilet paper is characterized by high bulk, excellent softness, and uniform basis weight. It can produce high-end facial tissues, toilet paper rolls, and hotel-grade toilet paper, and is less prone to breakage during long-term continuous production.
