3700 Four-Fold Wire Kraft Paper Machine

Four-Fold Wire Paper Machine, net paper width 3700mm, mainly used for producing liner borde. Mainly divided into the following parts: headbox, fourdrinier part, press part, pre-drying part, oblique surface sizing machine, post-drying part, calendering part, and reeling part.

Four-Fold Wire Paper Machine Information

1.Fourdrinier part: The four-fold wire is the surface layer wire, the lining layer wire, the core layer wire, and the bottom layer wire. Each is equipped with a forming wire.

2.Headbox: Four sets of air-cushioned headboxes corresponding to the fourdrinier wire. By controlling the gas pressure inside the headbox, the sizing pressure head of the approach flow of stock is controlled and stabilized.

3.Drying part: Both of the pre&post drying parts are Φ1500/Φ1800 Drying Cylinder, driven in group, equipped with Carrier roll and Drying Wire. Comes with a Closed Gas Hood.
