Pulping Machine Delivery Site for Zhejiang Customer

The Zhejiang customer signed a contract for Leizhan’s H.C. hydrapulper, vibrating screen, and double disc refiner, and Leizhan delivered the machine on time according to the contract. On August 20, 2023, these pulping equipment and supporting accessories were successfully completed and sent to Zhejiang.

The H.C. hydrapulper mixes raw materials and water and applies high pressure and stirring force to decompose cellulose to obtain high-consistency pulp. Vibrating screen is a filtration device used to separate solids and liquids from pulp. Double disc refiner consists of two rotating refining discs, and the pulp flows through the gap between the refining discs.
