The Ragger is primarily used to remove various entangled impurities from waste pulp, such as iron wires, ropes, plastics, and cotton yarn. It serves as a coarse selection and purification device, often complementing the operation of continuous pulping equipment like hydropulpers.

During the pulping process, these impurities, like iron wires, fine ropes, plastics, and cotton yarns, continually rotate and intertwine, forming a rope-like structure that is continuously pulled out and discharged, thus achieving the preliminary purification of the pulp.

This machine offers advantages such as high working efficiency, low power consumption, simple structure, and convenient operation and maintenance. The Ragger can also be used in combination with the rope cutting machine to cut and process impurities.
